SECTION 28-48-10

   § 28-48-10  Notice. – (a) Each employer shall post and keep posted, in conspicuous places upon itspremises where notices to employees and applicants for employment arecustomarily posted, a notice, to be approved by the agency, setting forthexcerpts from, or summaries of, the pertinent provisions of this chapter andinformation pertaining to the filing of a charge.

   (b) Any employer that willfully violates this section shallbe assessed a civil money penalty not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) foreach separate offense.
