SECTION 28-5-25

   § 28-5-25  Order dismissing complaint.– If the commission finds that no probable cause exists for crediting thecharges, or, if upon all the evidence, it finds that a respondent has notengaged in unfair employment practices, the commission shall state its findingsof fact and shall issue and cause to be served on the complainant an orderdismissing the complaint as to the respondent. A copy of the order shall bedelivered in all cases to the attorney general and any other public officersthat the commission deems proper.
