   § 28-5-32  Modification of commission'sfindings and orders on additional evidence. – The commission may modify its findings as to the facts, or make new findings,by reason of additional evidence so taken and filed. The commission shall filethe modified or new findings and its recommendations, if any, for themodification or setting aside of its original order.
