SECTION 28-5-34

   § 28-5-34  Commission's copy of testimony– Hearing on transcript. – The commission's copy of the testimony shall be available at all reasonabletimes to all parties without cost for examination and for the purposes ofjudicial review of the order of the commission. The petition shall be heard onthe transcript of the record without requirement of printing.
