SECTION 28-5-36

   § 28-5-36  Decree for enforcement ofcommission's order. – If no proceeding to obtain judicial review is instituted by a complainant,intervener, or respondent within thirty (30) days from the service of an orderof the commission pursuant to § 28-5-24, the commission, or thecomplainant, may obtain a decree of the court for the enforcement of the orderupon showing that respondent is subject to the commission's jurisdiction, andresides or transacts business within the county in which the petition forenforcement is brought.
