   § 28-5-5  Right to equal employmentopportunities. – The right of all individuals in this state to equal employment opportunities,regardless of race or color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identityor expression, disability, age, or country of ancestral origin, is recognizedas and declared to be a civil right.
