SECTION 28-50-9

   § 28-50-9  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or its application to any person orcircumstances is held invalid or unconstitutional, the invalidity orunconstitutionality shall not affect other provisions or applications of thisact which can be given effect without the invalid or unconstitutional provisionor application, and to this end the provisions of this chapter are declared tobe severable.
