SECTION 28-6.10-2

   § 28-6.10-2  Definitions. – When used in the chapter:

   (1) "Employment agency" includes any person undertaking withor without compensation to procure opportunities to work, or to procure,recruit, refer, or place employees.

   (2) "Temporary employee" includes any person working for orobtaining employment pursuant to an agreement with any employment agency,placement service, training school or center, labor organization, or any otheremployee referring source.

   (3) "Labor organization" includes any organization whichexists for the purpose, in whole or in part, of collective bargaining or ofdealing with employers concerning grievances, terms of conditions ofemployment, or of other mutual aid or protection in relation to employment.
