SECTION 28-7-20

   § 28-7-20  Power of board to prevent unfairpractices. – The board is empowered and directed, as provided in this chapter, to preventany employer, or public sector employee organization as provided in §28-7-13.1, from engaging in any unfair labor practice. This power shall not beaffected or impaired by any means of adjustment, mediation, or conciliation inlabor disputes that have been or may be established by law.
