SECTION 28-7-23

   § 28-7-23  Modification of findings andorders. – Until a transcript of the record in a case has been filed in a court, asprovided in this chapter, the board may at any time, upon reasonable notice andin any manner that it deems proper, modify or set aside, in whole or in part,any finding or order made or issued by it.
