SECTION 28-7-31

   § 28-7-31  Court not limited by equityjurisdiction. – When granting appropriate temporary relief or a restraining order, or makingand entering a decree enforcing, modifying and enforcing as so modified, orsetting aside in whole or in part an order of the board, as provided in§§ 28-7-26 – 28-7-30, the jurisdiction of courts sitting inequity shall not be limited by acts pertaining to equity jurisdiction of courts.
