SECTION 28-7-41

   § 28-7-41  Records of proceedings. –Subject to rules and regulations to be made by the board, the complaints,orders, and testimony relating to a proceeding instituted by the board under§§ 28-7-20 – 28-7-25 may be made public records and be madeavailable for inspection and copying. All proceedings pursuant to §§28-7-20 – 28-7-25 shall be open to the public.
