   § 28-7-42  Budget estimates –Expenditures. – Prior to the fifteenth (15th) day of November of each year, the director oflabor and training shall submit to the director of administration for his orher approval an estimated budget of the administrative expenses of the statelabor relations board for the ensuing fiscal year. All moneys appropriated tothe department or the board for the use of the board shall be expended andaudited in the manner provided for all other expenditures under the supervisionof the director of labor and training.
