SECTION 28-7-48

   § 28-7-48  Prohibition against economicbenefit to an unfair employer. – Except for state payments to health care providers pursuant to the medicalassistance program in chapter 8 of title 40 and the Rite Start program in§ 23-13-18, the state of Rhode Island or any subsidiary or agency of thestate shall not enter into any new contracts with, or provide any newsubsidiary, payment, service or state revenue bond money to, nor make anyfavorable administrative ruling which might reasonably lead to the financialgain of, any employer who has been found guilty of any unfair labor practice byan administrative law judge of the national labor relations board for theduration of any strike by the employer's employees.
