SECTION 28-9.6-12

   § 28-9.6-12  Collective bargainingcontract. – Any agreements actually negotiated between the bargaining agent and the stateauthorities either before or within thirty (30) days after arbitration shallconstitute the collective bargaining contract governing 911 employees and thestate for the period stated in the agreement; provided, that the period shallnot exceed three (3) years. Any collective bargaining agreement negotiatedunder the terms and provisions of this chapter shall specifically provide that911 employees who are subject to its terms have no right to engage in any workstoppage, slowdown, or strike, the consideration for the provision being theright to a resolution of disputed questions.
