SECTION 28-9.6-7

   § 28-9.6-7  Unresolved issues submitted toarbitration. – In the event that the bargaining agent and the state authorities are unablewithin thirty (30) days from and including the date of their first meeting toreach an agreement on a contract, any and all unresolved issues shall besubmitted to arbitration.
