SECTION 28-9.7-13

   § 28-9.7-13  Request for collectivebargaining. – Whenever wages, rates of pay, or any other matter requiring appropriation ofmoney by the state are included as a matter of collective bargaining conductedunder the provisions of this chapter, it is the obligation of the bargainingagent to serve written notice of request for collective bargaining on the stateauthorities at least one hundred twenty (120) days before the last day on whichmoney can be appropriated by the state to cover the contract period which isthe subject of the collective bargaining procedure.
