SECTION 28-9.7-4

   § 28-9.7-4  Right to organize and bargaincollectively. – The correctional officers shall have the right to bargain collectively with thestate of Rhode Island and to be represented by an organization in thecollective bargaining as to wages, rates of pay, hours, working conditions, andall other terms and conditions of employment.
