SECTION 28-9-22

   § 28-9-22  Judgment on confirmation,modification, or correction of award – Costs. – Upon the granting of an order confirming, modifying, or correcting an award,judgment may be entered in conformity with the order, except as is otherwiseprescribed in this chapter. Costs of the application and of the subsequentproceedings, not exceeding twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and disbursements, maybe awarded by the court in its discretion. If awarded, the amount must beincluded in the judgment.
