§ 29-1-15 Cooperation with federalofficials. – The secretary of state is hereby empowered to cooperate with the secretary ofeducation of the United States of America or any United States officer incarrying out the purposes of any and all acts of congress for the benefit ofthose library services including archives and records which are under his orher jurisdiction.
