SECTION 29-1-4
§ 29-1-4 Annual report to generalassembly. – The secretary of state shall annually at the January session make report to thegeneral assembly of the condition of the library, and shall make suchrecommendations as he or she may deem advisable for the welfare thereof, and ofthe books purchased during the year preceding, and of the cost thereof.
