§ 29-4-7 - Library funds.
SECTION 29-4-7
§ 29-4-7 Library funds. – All appropriations from the city or town and state, and the income of all fundsbelonging to the library, shall be subject to the exclusive control of thetrustees, and the several city and town treasurers shall pay, within the limitsof the appropriations and other library funds in their hands, all billsproperly certified by the trustees.
