SECTION 29-6-10

   § 29-6-10  Appropriation authorization.– The general assembly shall annually appropriate such sums as it may deemnecessary for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of§§ 29-6-2, 29-6-6, 29-6-7, 29-6-9, and 29-6-12; and the statecontroller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon thegeneral treasurer for the payment of the sums, or so much thereof as may fromtime to time be required, upon his or her receipt of duly authenticatedvouchers.
