§ 29-6-11 - Severability.
SECTION 29-6-11
§ 29-6-11 Severability. – If any provision of § 29-1-1 or of chapter 3.1, 4, or 6 of this title, orthe application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, theremainder of these provisions, and the application of these provisions to otherpersons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.
