§ 3-1-6 - Severability.
SECTION 3-1-6
§ 3-1-6 Severability. – Each section of this title and each part of each section is declared to be aseparable and independent section, and the holding of any section or sectionsor part or parts of this title to be void, ineffective or unconstitutional forany cause, shall not be deemed to affect any other section or part of thistitle.
