SECTION 3-10-12

   § 3-10-12  Sale of distillery and wineryproducts – Records of wholesalers. – Sale of the products of a distillery or a winery shall be made only to holdersof wholesale licenses under this title. Every wholesaler shall keep separateaccounts of the business conducted under his or her license in any form asshall be approved by the department of business regulation. The accounts shallbe open to inspection by the department at all reasonable times.
