SECTION 3-10-19

   § 3-10-19  Refunds on import orders notfilled. – Whenever these import orders shall not be filled after the tax in connectionwith these import orders has been paid, the general treasurer shall, uponreceiving any proof, as may be satisfactory to the department of businessregulation, refund the amount of the tax to the person by whom it was paid.
