SECTION 3-12-10

   § 3-12-10  Return of goods when forfeiturenot adjudged. – If the cause of forfeiture is not proved, then all the seized beverages and thevessels containing them shall be restored to the proper owner or to the placefrom which they were taken by the officer who seized them.
