SECTION 3-12-11

   § 3-12-11  Sentence of forfeiture –Appeal. – If the cause of forfeiture is proved, the court before which the complaint orinformation shall be tried shall enter sentence of forfeiture to the stateagainst those beverages and the casks or other vessels containing them; and anyperson aggrieved by the sentence may appeal the sentence to the superior courtaccording to the provisions relating to criminal appeals from district courts.
