SECTION 3-12-13

   § 3-12-13  Disposition of forfeitedbeverages to institutions. – In lieu of ordering the destruction of intoxicating liquors forfeited to thestate, the court may, in its discretion, order the beverages disposed of tostate or charitable institutions for use by them for medicinal purposes.
