SECTION 3-12-14

   § 3-12-14  Disposition of forfeitedvessels. – The officers having in their custody any vessels which have been forfeited tothe state under this chapter, are authorized to destroy those vessels, or tosell those vessels at public auction or private sale and to turn over the netproceeds of that sale to the general treasurer.
