SECTION 3-12-19

   § 3-12-19  Officers not liable for costs.– An officer of the law complaining on account of the violation of any of theprovisions of this title is not required at the time of complaint or thereafterto enter into recognizance or in any way to become liable for the costs thatmay accrue on the complaint.
