SECTION 3-12-24
§ 3-12-24 Disposition of fines. – All fines recovered under this title shall inure to the sole benefit of thestate except for those fines imposed pursuant to § 3-5-21 by a locallicensing board which fines shall inure to the city or town first imposing thatfine.
