SECTION 3-13-9

   § 3-13-9  Sales territories exclusive.– No supplier who, pursuant to an agreement with a wholesaler, has designated asales territory for which a wholesaler is primarily responsible or in which awholesaler is required to concentrate its efforts shall enter into an agreementwith any other wholesaler for the purpose of establishing an additionalwholesaler for any of its brands, including any brand or brands introducedafter the effective date of the agreement, in all or part of the same territory.
