   § 3-5-13  Consumption of distilled liquorson premises. – Licenses to be issued under this chapter shall in no case authorize the salefor consumption on the premises where sold of distilled liquors, or ofbeverages composed wholly or partly of those liquors, unless these sales areauthorized by this title.
