§ 3-5-14.1 Licenses issued by theDepartment of Business Regulation. – The right, power, and jurisdiction to issue manufacturer's and wholesaler'slicenses are solely in the department. The department has the right and powerto limit the number of manufacturer's and wholesaler's licenses of each class.
