SECTION 3-5-20

   § 3-5-20  Rules and regulations –Notice and procedure. – All licenses issued shall be in any form prescribed by the department ofbusiness regulation and the license shall be held under any rules andregulations as the department shall impose, establish, and authorize and thedepartment is authorized to establish rules and regulations and to authorizethe making of any rules and regulations by the licensing authority of theseveral towns and cities as in their discretions in the public interest seemproper to be made. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions of thissection, the adoption or authorization of rules and regulations by thedepartment and the modification or repeal of any rules and regulationspreviously adopted shall be by written order of the department and adopted inaccordance with the provisions of chapter 35 of title 42.
