SECTION 3-5-20.1

   § 3-5-20.1  Manufacturer's and wholesaler'slicenses – Notice and procedure. – All manufacturer's and wholesaler's licenses to be issued under this chaptershall be in any form prescribed by the department. The licensee shall be heldliable under any rules and regulations that the department shall impose,establish and authorize and the department is authorized to establish any rulesand regulations. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions of thissection, the adoption or authorization of rules and regulations by thedepartment and the modification or repeal of any rules and regulationspreviously adopted shall be by written order of the department and adopted inaccordance with the provisions of chapter 35 of title 42.
