SECTION 3-5-22

   § 3-5-22  Reissuance of license afterrevocation. – In case any license issued is revoked, the board, body or official revoking thelicense shall, as part of the order of revocation, provide that no license begranted to the same person for the period of one year after the revocation, andin case the order is made, no license shall be issued during the year to theperson whose license is revoked.
