§ 3-5-24 - Licensee becoming bail.
SECTION 3-5-24
§ 3-5-24 Licensee becoming bail. –If any person holding a license under this title becomes bail for any personcomplained of for violating any of the provisions of this title, his or herlicense becomes void as of the day of becoming bail.
