SECTION 3-5-9

   § 3-5-9  Premises covered. – Not more than one retail license, except in the case of a retailer's Class Elicense, shall be issued for the same premises. Every license shallparticularly describe the place where the rights under the license are to beexercised and beverages shall not be manufactured or kept for sale or sold byany licensee except at the place described in his or her license.
