SECTION 3-6-12

   § 3-6-12  Agents' licenses. – Any person who represents a distillery, winery, or brewery is deemed and takento be acting as an agent for and on behalf of that distillery, winery, orbrewery, and is required to have received from the department a license to actas an agent. The annual fee for that license is fifty dollars ($50.00) paid tothe division of taxation. The department may, after notice, suspend or revokeany license for cause.
