SECTION 3-6-2

   § 3-6-2  Rectifying as manufacturing.– With a view to the enforcement of the provisions of this title, and of theconditions, rules and regulations established and authorized by the departmentpertaining to rectifiers and those regarded as being in the business ofrectifying, the business of manufacturing beverages may be deemed to includethe business of rectifying beverages unless the context otherwise requires.
