§ 3-6-3 - Rectifier's license.
SECTION 3-6-3
§ 3-6-3 Rectifier's license. – The department is authorized to issue rectifiers' licenses in accordance withthe provisions of §§ 3-6-4 – 3-6-8. The fee provided shall beprorated to the year ending December 1 in every calendar year and be paid tothe division of taxation and turned over to the general treasurer for the useof the state.
