SECTION 3-6-5

   § 3-6-5  Privileges conferred byrectifier's license. – A rectifier's license authorizes the holder to engage in the business ofrectifying and blending at the place described for the rectifying, purifying,refining, blending, warehousing and bottling of distilled spirits and wineswithin this state by any process other than by original and continuousdistillation from mash, wort, or wash, through continuous closed vessels andpipes, until the manufacturing is complete. A separate license is required foreach plant.
