SECTION 3-7-14.1

   § 3-7-14.1  Class F-1 license. – (a) A retailer's Class F-1 license authorizes the holder of the license to keepfor sale and to sell alcoholic beverages on the premises, described in thelicense, at retail for consumption on the premises where sold for a period ofnineteen (19) hours, including Sunday. The license may be issued to religiousorganizations, state non-business corporations and political organizations onlyand the sale of beverages may take place between the hours of six o'clock(6:00) a.m. and one o'clock (1:00) a.m. on the following day.

   (b) The fee for the license is thirty-five dollars ($35.00.)
