SECTION 3-7-14.3

   § 3-7-14.3  Class F-2 license. – (a) A retailer's license, class F-2, shall authorize the holder to keep forsale by auction alcoholic beverages on the premises or by televised auction fora specifically designated period, not to exceed three (3) days.

   (b) The license may be issued to religious organizations,Rhode Island non-business corporations, public corporations, and politicalorganizations only. The city or town clerk of a municipality in which a fulltime licensing board does not exist shall be authorized to issue this license.

   (c) The fee for the license shall be thirty-five dollars($35.00).
