SECTION 3-7-28

   § 3-7-28  Time for licensee to producereceipts and invoices to inspector. – (a) Holders of Class A licenses issued under title 3 of the general laws shallbe required to maintain on the premises, and to produce upon demand by aninspector authorized to demand, any and all records of receipts and invoicesfor the purchase of alcoholic beverages.

   (b) Holders of licenses other than Class A issued under title3 of the general laws shall have not more than one business day to producereceipts and invoices for the purchase of alcoholic beverages when demanded byan inspector authorized to demand records of receipts and invoices. Nothingherein shall require such licensee to produce invoices and receipts upon demand.
