SECTION 3-7-7.3

   § 3-7-7.3  Class B licenses –Restriction on entertainment. – Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter or in the Rhode Island generallaws to the contrary, in the case of any city or town which issues anyretailer's Class B license this city or town may restrict or prohibitentertainment at these licensed facilities, in accordance with objectivestandards adopted by the municipality and approved by the department ofbusiness regulation, provided that any standard shall be applied uniformly toall of these licensed facilities.
