SECTION 3-8-12
§ 3-8-12 Expungement of certain criminalrecords. – The court records of conviction of any person convicted of a violation of§ 3-8-6, 3-8-9, or 3-8-10, while between the age of eighteen (18) totwenty-one (21) shall be expunged.
